PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

Professional photography and video recording will take place during the conference. By attending, you consent to the use of your image, voice, and likeness in photos, video, and audio recordings that may be used for promotional, archival, or ministry purposes by Rule & Reign Ministries. If you have concerns, please contact our team prior to the event.

CONDUCT

We ask all attendees to maintain a respectful and considerate atmosphere throughout the conference. Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund. Our heart is to create an environment where everyone can encounter God and receive without distraction.

TICKETING

  • What’s included in each ticket tier?
    Each pass comes with different perks. Please refer to the Rule & Reign ticket descriptions.
  • Are tickets refundable or transferable?
    All sales are final, but tickets can be transferred upon request.
  • Do I need to print my ticket?
    No, mobile tickets are preferred and will be scanned at check-in.

CHILDREN & ACCESSIBILITY

Can I bring my children or youth to the conference?

Yes, children and youth may attend the conference, but they must have a valid ticket. Please note:

  • Children and youth must remain with their parent(s) or guardian(s) at all times in every area of the venue.

  • Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the care and supervision of their children/youth throughout the event.

  • A designated family seating area may be provided within the venue for those attending with children.

Is the venue accessible?
Yes. The venue is wheelchair accessible.

Vendors & sponsor

How do I apply to be a vendor or sponsor?
Please see the "Vendor Package Options" and "Sponsorship Package Options" sections above or visit the Vendor/Sponsor section of our website for more details.

Does my vendor fee include session access?
No. Vendors may purchase up to 2 discounted Embassy tickets.

How many reps can I bring to my vendor table?
A maximum of 2 people per vendor space.

Volunteering

Can I volunteer for the event?
Yes! Roles include registration, hospitality, prayer, and media. Volunteers receive special access and training. Please complete our Volunteer Application.

Food & Merch

Will food be available?
Light refreshments and drinks available for purchase from the cafe during open hours. Lunch included for Ambassador Pass holders.

Yes. Exclusive merchandise will be available at the conference.

At this time, all purchases are final.
